1. Refund Request Period
- Customers may request a refund within 10 days of purchase.
- The request window applies to both subscription plans and one-time credit packs.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Credits or downloads must be unused. If you've generated files, please let us know which ones so we can review the request.
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@coloringpagesstudio.com.
- Please include your account email, order ID, and a short description of the issue.
3. Refund Processing
- Our team reviews every request within 5 business days and will reach out if more information is needed.
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to see the funds on your statement.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for purchases made more than 10 days ago unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
- We cannot offer refunds for accounts that violate our terms of service or engage in abusive usage of the platform.
